Return Refund Policy

At The Rings Makers, every ring is custom-made and engraved specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have a no-refund policy on completed orders. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’re here to help if any issues arise.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our rings, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun. Please ensure all details, including size, engraving, and design, are correct before placing your order.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, production will have begun, and the order becomes non-refundable.


Resizing & Adjustments

We offer one free resizing within 30 days of delivery on eligible ring styles. Additional resizing may be subject to a fee.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your ring arrives damaged or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • You must provide clear photos of the issue and proof of purchase

  • 5. Non-Returnable Items

    We do not accept returns or issue refunds on:

    • Custom engraved or personalized rings

    • Rings damaged due to misuse or improper care

    • Rings returned after the 30-day period
